1. Agreement to the terms

By accessing or using eurobahk.help (the “Site”) and/or engaging EuroBahk Studio services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

• Project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
• Deposits, milestones, and payment terms are specified in the SOW or invoice.
• Unless otherwise agreed, all timelines are estimates and subject to your timely feedback and approvals.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Site content

The Site’s content (text, graphics, code, and assets) is owned by EuroBahk Studio or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6.2 Project deliverables

Ownership and license terms for project deliverables are defined in the SOW. Unless stated otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for the intended purpose upon full payment.

6.3 Portfolio rights

We may display non-confidential work materials in our portfolio and marketing unless your contract states otherwise.

7. Acceptable use and restrictions

• No unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content submission.
• No reverse-engineering or circumventing security of the Site.
• No use of the Site to transmit malware or automated high-volume requests.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the relevant services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
• Entire agreement: These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and any SOW constitute the entire agreement for Site use and services.
