Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be granted for EuroBahk Studio services and digital deliverables purchased via eurobahk.help or directly from us.
2. Services (design and development)
2.1 Deposits
Unless otherwise stated in the Statement of Work (SOW), deposits are non‑refundable. Deposits secure time allocation and initial planning work.
2.2 Cancellations before project start
If you cancel in writing before we begin billable production, we will refund any amounts paid beyond the non‑refundable deposit and non‑recoverable costs (e.g., assets, licenses purchased specifically for your project).
2.3 Cancellations after project start
Once production has started, you are responsible for payment of work completed and committed third‑party costs up to the effective cancellation date. We will provide a breakdown of hours and expenses upon request.
2.4 Change requests
Scope changes are handled through written approval and may affect cost and timeline. Changes do not entitle you to a refund of work already completed in line with the previously approved scope.
2.5 Quality assurance
We commit to reasonable remediation of defects within the agreed scope if reported within 14 days of delivery. This remedy is separate from refunds and focuses on correction.
3. Digital products and deliverables
- Due to their nature, delivered digital files (code, assets, documentation) are generally not refundable once provided or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- If a file is defective or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days. We will attempt to replace or correct the item; if that is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Timeframes
Where a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

- Include: your name, company (if any), invoice number, purchase date, description of the issue, and any supporting materials.
We may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.
6. Non‑refundable items
- Non‑refundable deposits.
- Third‑party fees and licenses purchased on your behalf.
- Completed and approved milestones or phases.
- Custom work delivered according to the approved scope.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law (e.g., cooling‑off or conformity rights where applicable). Where such rights apply, we will honor them.
